Addressing a Core Housing Need
There are approximately 63,000 households earning at or below 60% of AMI in Tulsa, but only about 14,000 dedicated affordable housing units. This project will address that income range and add 7 new affordable units to our city. Easily replicable, this affordable rental model will help meet a core need in the ongoing affordable housing crisis in our city.
Designed by Method Group, the Harvard Apartments development is made possible by funding from the City of Tulsa and PartnerTulsa, with a construction loan from CrossFirst Bank. Completion is anticipated by early 2025.
